İş haqqında məlumat

  • Creation, re-creation, update of Fix related Purchase requestions, monitor approval process, monitor Purchase Order creation within given deadlines;
  • Inform PR status to relevant requestors over the relevant tools;
  • Document management of Fix Network documents: Recheck the consistency of received documents to financial and Po requirements, ensure approval of documents by internal requestors via relevant tools, provide approved document for payment and monitor payment process, solve problems with payment, otherwise to escalate to management;
  • Closure of open commitments & purchases; 
  • Support for providing WIP & accruals reports, MNO cross charges to Finance, support for creating and analyzing actual and landing reports;
  • Support for Technical Project Management with status info provision of PR, PO, acts and invoices;
  • Execution of job responsibilities and verbal/ written instructions by management;
  • Execution assigned tasks in compliance with the procedures/policy/instructions;
  • Keeping confidentiality of the company data.

Tələblər

  • Master or Bachelor’s degree in any area;
  • Minimum 1 year experience in document management, Accounting reporting or Telecommunication;
  • Understanding of budget;
  • Strong analytical skills. Ability to identify and resolve complex issues/problems;
  • Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani, English (Intermediate) and Russian language (Advantage);
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills;
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs;
  • Data Base creation and administration;
  • Able to work under pressure and meet the deadlines.
