Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in logistics;
Strong communication and negotiation skills;
Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships;
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a focus on achieving targets;
Knowledge of the logistics industry in Azerbaijan is a plus;
Fluency in English and Azerbaijani (Russian is an advantage).
