Review expense requests from various departments to confirm compliance with the approved budget;
Assess the validity, necessity, and accuracy of expense submissions;
Collaborate with department heads to clarify discrepancies or justify budget deviations;
Maintain accurate records of all expense approvals and rejections;
Generate Insights and recommendations to improve spending efficiency
Ensure that all expense-related activities comply with the company’s financial policies and procedures;
Assist in developing and updating expense approval guidelines;

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in cost control, financial analysis, or a related role;
Advanced Excel skills, experience with financial reporting tools is a plus;
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts;
Knowledge of budgeting processes;
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams;
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills;
Proficiency in English (upper-intermediate or higher); Russian is a plus;
