- Plan and execute brand and marketing strategies for assigned brands to provide sales, profitability, and market share and overall achievement of commercial targets of chain of shops;
- Develop and manage the brands’ budget, including sales and purchases forecasting, pricing strategy, stock efficiency and promotional activities in line with the strategic goals of organization and financial planning requirements;
- Maintain relationships with both local and international suppliers to meet commercial goals and ensure timely product supply;
- Position brands effectively in the market to meets consumer needs and drive consumer interest to visit the shop;
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer demands on a brand and retail level;
- Oversee product shipments following internal procedures and local laws;
- Develop and implement pricing strategies, including regular analysis of competitors' prices;
- Coordinate with marketing, digital marketing, and operations teams for promotional activities and brand awareness. When needed be personally involved in marketing events organization and communication with influencers;
- Collaborate with visual merchandising and retail operations for in-store brand presentation;
- When needed instruct sales team personally;
- Work with HR and operations to educate beauty advisors on brand communication and sales techniques;
- When needed provide trainings personally;
- Participate in cross-functional projects within the retail, marketing and commercial departments;
- Create regular performance reports for senior management, detailed brand analysis, sales trends, and competitor insights;

Tələblər
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in the retail, beauty & personal care industry;
- Degree in Business Management, Marketing or a related field;
- Proven experience in developing and executing brand and marketing strategies;
- Knowledge of local market, distribution, and marketing channels;
- Experience in the participation of development and implementation of new business strategies;
- Communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams;
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and make data-driven decisions;
- Knowledge of English, Russian and Azerbaijani languages.
