- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to medical devices to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance;
- Install and calibrate medical equipment at client locations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations;
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to prolong the lifespan of medical devices and enhance reliability;
- Develop tailored training sessions for clients, focusing on the specific needs of their equipment and operational context;
- Prepare detailed reports on service activities, documenting findings and recommendations for future improvements;
- Research and implement the latest advancements in biomedical technology to enhance the company’s service offerings and client satisfaction;

- Standard working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturdays. Flexibility may be required based on project needs and client engagements.

- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred;
- Genuine enthusiasm for biomedical engineering and a strong willingness to learn;
- Basic knowledge of medical equipment and technical services is an asset; prior work experience in a related field is advantageous;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail;
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities;
- Proficiency in English (upper-intermediate level or above) is essential; applications from candidates who do not meet this language requirement will not be considered. Knowledge of Russian will be regarded as an additional asset;
- Willingness to travel for business as required to support client needs and conduct on-site service activities.
