İş haqqında məlumat
- Day to day accounting;
- Controlling timely submission of the expense reports;
- Ensuring timely collection and recording of the business trip expenses;
- Bank operations, i.e. proceeding the payments;
- Support in preparation of quarterly tax reports (Vahid bəyannamə, ÖMV bəyannaməsi);
- Regular communication with clients and the state authorities;
- Other duties related to the performance of job responsibilities.
Tələblər
- Higher education in finance, economics and accounting;
- Accounting and tax knowledge;
- Good knowledge of accounting software;
- Strong working skills in 1C (8 version);
- Perfect writing in Azerbaijani is mandatory requirement;
- English and Russian languages are advantage;
- Minimum experience of 2 years in accounting/tax;
- Proficiency in using office applications: (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point, Outlook);
- Quick learner with strong analytical skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Team player able to work under pressure;
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills;
- Able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.
