- Design and develop architectural plans and concepts using special software (Archicad,Autocad,Revit);
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of designs;
- Review and modify designs to meet project requirements, regulations, and client needs;
- Ensure all architectural work complies with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations;
- Coordinate with construction teams to provide guidance and support during the construction phase;
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Tələblər
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field;
- 5-10 years of experience in architectural design and project management;
- Proficiency in Revit or ArchiCad, AutoCAD, Lumion and Rhino;
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite – Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Indesign;
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian languages, English is preferred.
