İş haqqında məlumat
- To assist in the preparation of legal declarations and declarations to be submitted to the State Authorities;
- To assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual internal reports;
- To monitor and check documents received at the office;
- To prepare and check payment requests and prepare the reports thereof;
- To issue accounting sheets from the system;
- To follow up VAT Deposit Report over the internet;
- To prepare and follow up issued invoices and tax account invoices;
- Upload e-invoices into e-tax system;
- Posting relevant entries in SAP;
- To monitor use of fuel cards by transportation vehicles on a monthly basis;
- To follow up the agreements signed with suppliers;
- To help the Accounting Department Manager for the execution of year-end reporting activities;
- To provide necessary support for the execution of the necessary administrative affairs of the company;
- Employment in compliance with the labor code;

- Work Schedule: 5 days per week, 09:00 to 18:00.
Tələblər
- University degree in Business; Administration/Economics/Finance/Accounting or related fields;
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel knowledge is a must);
- At least 3 years of experience in General Accounting;
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask are assets;
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
- Experience in SAP;
- Fluent in English (written and oral);
- Good level of analytical skills, numeracy, and financial awareness.
