- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs and ensuring they are met;
- Foster strong, long-lasting client relationships built on trust and effective communication;
- Coordinate with internal teams, including designers, content creators, and developers, to deliver solutions that meet client objectives;
- Facilitate smooth communication and collaboration between clients and internal teams;
- Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and new business development within existing clients;
- Prepare regular reports on account status and progress for internal and client review;

Tələblər
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or client services, preferably in a digital marketing environment;
- Fluency in both English and Russian, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages;
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams;
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
