Daily Statistics monitoring and reporting per responsible area;
LTE/VoLTE/WCDMA/GSM radio Parameters Optimization;
Take actions in order to improve the service in terms of coverage and quality;
Perform site visits in order to check the site configuration, propose optimization changes;
To Collect statistics and prepare reports ;
Follow up the requirements of the Company Health, Safety and Environmental Policy and any Additional safety requirements that may be placed;
“Golden Cluster”s- performance maintainance and improvement (weekly optimization based of DT results) ;
Customer complaints investigation and solution with SLA;
Maintaining and improving network KPIs in the area of responsibility ;
E-nodeB/RNC/BSC Parameters inconsistencies check and correction ;
New features testing and implementation ;
Preparation AN side to BM ;
QoS (MOS, EcNo, RxQual, RSRQ, SINR) improvement.

Engineer/ Technical Bachelor’s Degree ;
Specific areas of expertise: RAN (4G/3G/2G) Drive test, SON, Planning and Optimization tools;
3 months of experience in Radio Network Optimization;
Good knowledge of English and Russian languages.
