- Assisting in the coordination of academic programs and schedules;
- Supporting the Academic Coordinator in managing student records and academic documentation;
- Coordinating with teachers, students, and parents to address academic concerns and inquiries;
- Helping to organize and manage academic events and activities;
- Providing administrative support, including preparing reports and maintaining files;
- Assisting with the development and implementation of academic policies and procedures.
Tələblər
- University degree in Education or a related field;
- Previous work experience in an academic or administrative role is preferred;
- Proficiency in spoken and written English;
- Highly organized and detail-oriented;
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to work rapidly and accurately under pressure;
- Proficient in using office software and educational management systems;
- Friendly and able to interact professionally and positively with staff, students, parents, and community members.
