O работе

  • Work out requests and provide detailed information to clients;
  • Follow up the requests by building trust by the client;
  • Study the products, main market trends and customer needs;
  • Work based on company sales procedure;
  • Provide high level of service to win the customer and promote sales;
  • Run correspondence with clients while assisting in sales;
  • Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board;
  • Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience;
  • Suggest sales process improvements;
  • Participate in international events, exhibitions and FAM trips;
  • Deal with purchase orders, invoices and agreements to corporate clients.

Требования

  • Proven work experience as a Sales or service specialist;
  • Worked out communications skills with clients;
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel;
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices;
  • Experience in working with documents and agreements;
  • Proficiency in corporate correspondence;
  • Good command of Russian and Azeri, Intermediate English;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • High service delivery mindset is a must;
  • Teamwork and motivational skills;
  • Positive person loving working with people.
