O работе
- Work out requests and provide detailed information to clients;
- Follow up the requests by building trust by the client;
- Study the products, main market trends and customer needs;
- Work based on company sales procedure;
- Provide high level of service to win the customer and promote sales;
- Run correspondence with clients while assisting in sales;
- Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board;
- Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience;
- Suggest sales process improvements;
- Participate in international events, exhibitions and FAM trips;
- Deal with purchase orders, invoices and agreements to corporate clients.
Требования
- Proven work experience as a Sales or service specialist;
- Worked out communications skills with clients;
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel;
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices;
- Experience in working with documents and agreements;
- Proficiency in corporate correspondence;
- Good command of Russian and Azeri, Intermediate English;
- Excellent communication skills;
- High service delivery mindset is a must;
- Teamwork and motivational skills;
- Positive person loving working with people.
