- Assist with sourcing candidates through various channels;
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews;
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers;
- Assist with onboarding new hires;
- Support the talent acquisition team with administrative tasks;
- Documentation according to AR Labor Code;

Требования
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Human Resources, Business, or a related field;
- Strong english language knowledge, proficiency in russian language is a plus;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
- A genuine interest in the field of talent acquisition.
