Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user needs, workflows, and pain points in logistics & supply chain management;
Design and prototype user-centric interfaces that optimize usability, accessibility, and functionality across web and mobile applications;
Conduct user research, usability testing, and interviews to validate design decisions and improve product interactions;
Develop wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with our product roadmap (Web and Mobile Apps);
Create and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides to ensure consistency across the platform;
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design concepts;
Stay up-to-date with industry’s best practices, emerging technologies, and UX/UI trends;

Creativity & research oriented approach is mandatory for the project;
5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in enterprise SaaS, logistics, or supply chain applications;
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar;
Strong portfolio showcasing user-friendly interfaces and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications;
Experience in user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions;
Familiarity with enterprise workflows, dashboard design, and complex data visualization;
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (not required but a plus);
Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
Experience working with B2B platforms, logistics software, or supply chain tools;
Knowledge of AI-driven UX, automation tools, and predictive analytics;
Ability to work in agile development environments and iterate based on user feedback.
