- Identifying training needs through job analysis, employee feedback, and consultation with department heads;
- Conducting Training and Development Needs Analysis to identify key areas for employee skill enhancement.
- Designing and implementing a structured, company-wide learning approach to enhance employee skills and development;
- Developing and managing training budgets, ensuring effective planning, cost control, and reporting;
- Creating and delivering engaging training materials, including training, evaluation, and case study designs, e-learning modules, workshops, and manuals;
- Organizing and conducting training sessions for employees at all levels;
- Partnering with external training providers when specialized expertise is required;
- Assessing the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics;
- Continuously improving training content and delivery methods based on evaluation results;
- Supporting career development initiatives, including succession planning and leadership programs;
- Maintaining accurate training records and preparing reports for management review.
Требования
- Higher education (BA or MSc in HR, Business Relations, Organizational Development, or related field is preferrable);
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting;
- CIPD, SHRM or other certifications are advantage;
- Experience in designing and managing structured learning frameworks or talent development programs;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Proficiency in e-learning platforms and tools;
- Proficiency with MS 365 Sharepoint;
- Numerical ability;
- Learning drive;
- Intiative;
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
