Development of Concept, Permit and Detailed Design Projects, its elements and details;
Responsible for the content and precision of the Design, project diagrams and calculations;
Leading team of engineers, checks technical documents, plans activities and structural solutions;
Assistance in Design Coordination, Communication with other disciplines / outsource associates;
Application must include CV and Project reference list, Possession of Professional Licences is a must;
REVIT skills will be checked, but REVIT certificate is a plus;
Must have extensive knowledge of professional standards and codes (AzDTN 2.3-1 Construction in Seismic Regions, AzDTN 2.1-1 Loads and Effects, AzDTN 2.16-1 Design of Concrete and Reinforced Concrete Structures, AzDTN 2.18-1 Steel Structures-Design regulations);
Responsible and well-organized person, team player oriented, with problem solver attitude;
Analytic and proactive approach to work, dedication and persistence are preferred;
Capable to verbally provide advice, assistance to its superiors, Reports to Design Manager directly.

Bachelor or Master degree from Civil Engineering;
12+ years of post-diploma professional experience in design project development;
Previous experience in Concept, Permit and Detailed Design Projects is a must;
Previous experience in leading Design Studio team is a must, Site experience is also required;
Previous experience in Project Design Management and Design coordination in a must;
Proficiency in Revit, Tekla Structures, knowledge of SAFE is an advantage;
Proficiency in MS Office suite, Auto CAD, Structural software (SAP2000, Lira Sapr, IDEA StatiCA);
Proficiency in English language, knowledge of Russian language is a plus.
