Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and understanding of their business objectives;
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded;
Lead consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines;
Provide strategic direction and oversight to project teams, fostering collaboration and driving excellence;
Conduct in-depth analysis of client organizations, processes, and challenges to identify opportunities for improvement;
Develop comprehensive business and technical requirements, translating them into actionable plans and solutions;
Design and implement unique solutions that address client needs and deliver tangible business value;
Leverage industry best practices and stay abreast of emerging trends to provide cutting-edge recommendations;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, finance, and operations, to integrate solutions seamlessly;
Support and guide junior team, fostering their professional development and growth;
Prepare and deliver clear and compelling presentations to clients, understandably conveying complex concepts;
Engage in consultative discussions to gain client buy-in and support for proposed solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field: MSc/MBA is a plus;
Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
Fluency in English is expected;
Consulting experience is not required but preferred;
Well-developed broad knowledge of different industries and business functional areas such as strategy, finance, marketing, and operations;
Strong consulting skills: strategic thinking, analytical and creative problem solving, communicating complex ideas;
Sound work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and exceptional client service.
