- Align / Define / Adapt the machine sales coverage plan identifying and targeting key decision makers and influencers at the customer (Quarries and head office);
- Develop and execute a call programme while maintaining and update the customer listing;
- Become the customers’ prime source of information regarding BMA’s equipment offering;
- Update and inform the customers on their machine order status;
- Refer customer concerns and complaints to the Service Manager to ensure resolution;
- Working in good coordination with Customer Support department to close the deals and assure good conformity with sales contract terms;
- Evaluate customers’ needs, promote and sell products to meet to needs and provide quality solutions to address customer’s needs;
- Achievement of sales Targets will be in line with population and activity;
- Promote the value of Borusan Makina, Caterpillar, METSO Mobile Crushesand other suppliers as a value based product offering by focusing on quality and high service levels;
- Proactively prepare and submit on a timely basis quotes and bids upon customer request as well a supporting target marketing programmes;
- Assist in the development and implementation of Marketing programs ▪ Using ideas resulting from field contact;
- Travelling with customers to reference sites and/or factories and/or shows;
- Utilising FPC, MG calculator and EMF calculate and demonstrate to customer the optimum solution;
- Capable of planning and executing scale studies at customer sites;
- Maintain Close liaison with the PSSR for the territory and/or Service Leader to be aware of service work in process or due.
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical or Electrical), Business, Marketing, Business/Marketing Analytics, Communications or relevant field from the accredited university or at least 3 years of work experience in a relevant role;
- Strong communication, analytical, leadership and influencing skills and ability to operate independently;
- Experience with heavy equipment;
- High level of competence in preparation and presentation;
- Strong data-entry skills and attention to detail;
- Exceptional analytical thinking, problem solving, and organizational skills;
- Able to prioritize work, delegate, and meet deadlines;
- Positive "can do" attitude with a passion for customer service;
- Collaborative worker and teambuilding ability;
- Fluency in written and oral Azerbaijani, English; Proficiency in Turkish and Russian is preferred;
- Computer skills-user level (MS Office usage);
- Ability to travel on occasion;
- Local candidates strongly preferred.
