  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts;
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned retail customers, ensuring exceptional service and support;
  • Monitor account performance and collaborate with clients to optimize sales strategies and product placement;
  • Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned retail accounts.
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the premium skincare and perfumery segment;
  • Develop and execute account-specific sales plans and promotional activities;
  • Ensure brand visibility and alignment with luxury standards in all retail environments;
  • Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to implement effective in-store displays and promotional materials;
  • Conduct regular training sessions for retail staff to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques;
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activities to inform sales strategies;
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback to senior management;
  • Utilize data to make informed decisions and recommend adjustments to account strategies;
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or inquiries from retail partners promptly;
  • Conduct regular visits to retail locations to build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff;
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings;
  • Work closely with supply chain teams to ensure optimal inventory levels at retail locations;
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishments to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.

Требования

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
  • 5 years of experience in retail account management, preferably within the luxury skincare and perfumery industry;
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing retail accounts;
  • Strong knowledge of the premium beauty industry and market dynamics;
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software;
  • Willingness to travel regularly to meet with retail partners and visit store locations.
