Operate and monitor test equipment (thermal/dynamic) and processes to ensure efficient and safe operation;
Plan and perform technical maintenance activities;
Calibrate and configure test equipment according to the test plan to meet the testing requirements of the spacecraft;
Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs;
Perform troubleshooting and handle nonconformances (NCR);
Work in a cleanroom environment;
Document standard operating procedures for equipment operation and maintenance;
Lead the procurement of the required test and ground support equipment;
Work collaboratively with other team members to solve engineering problems.

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering;
Experience in test equipment maintenance;
Experience in environmental tests such as vibration, thermal, acoustic, etc.;
Experienced with hand tools operation;
Experienced with troubleshooting in cryogenic plumbing, pressure sensors, vacuum system, hydraulics etc.;
Strong mechanical skills with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics;
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing (including technical writing and presentation skills) – B2/Upper Intermediate or higher.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Capable of making decisions based on evidence.
Knowledge of aerospace systems is preferred.
