O работе
- Initial receipt and circulation of documents received by the company;
- Receipt and circulation of documents sent by the company;
- Registration of incoming and outgoing documents as per requirements of internal procedure;
- Document Circulation System Control and Database verification;
- Physical and e-archivng of all post office documents (waybills, CEO letters and transmittal forms) in a proper manner and provision to company Archive;
- Identify, report and troubleshoot issues;
- Execute line manager’s and department heads verbal and written instructions to ensure fulfillment of work duties;
- Execution of the duties in compliance with the procedures and instructions;
- To provide confidentiality of the company data;
- Preparation of necessary reports and timely provision to Line Manager;
- Improvement of existing systems.
Требования
- Higher education;
- More than 3 years’ experience in related field;
- Good knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages (written, speaking and listening);
- Computer literate (Outlook Management, Word, Excel);
- Strong communication skills.
