O работе

  • Assess customer needs for spare parts received via phone, fax, or email, and promptly prepare and process quotes and orders;
  • Ensure timely delivery of spare parts both internally and to customers, coordinating with other departments and tracking order status;
  • Work closely with parts sales representatives to handle customer receivables, update customer databases, and track equipment fleets. Coordinate with the Inventory Management team to manage spare parts inventory;
  • Monitor and prepare tender information for spare parts purchases, and maintain accurate records for all communications, including faxes, emails, and reports. Report regularly to management on improvements, challenges, and completed tasks;
  • Actively participate in marketing initiatives, providing essential information to support competitive product offerings;
  • Carry out other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor as required.
