- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services;
- Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle;
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency;
- Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments;
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints;
- Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce;
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets;
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements;
- Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements;
- Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services;
- Arrange daily operational workshops, necessary induction and instruction meetings with subordinates.
Требования
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in related field within Operations manager;
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects;
- MS’s and/or BA diploma in Business administration, finance, economy or equivalent;
- Excellent organizational, analytical, customer service and time management skills;
- Knowledge of HSE safety guidelines and practices;
- Knowledge and proficient implementation skills in software tools such as Microsoft Office and other database applications specifically in MS Excel;
- Good team skills to be able to work with others;
- Multitasking ability;
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and negotiation skills are required for effective interface with all internal and external contacts;
- 3PL provider, warehouse / logistics operations within FMCG industry will be for advantage.
