- Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and maintenance of facilities and equipment;

- Oversee cash handling processes, including daily reconciliations, and maintaining accurate records. Ensure compliance with cash management policies and procedures to mitigate risks;

Требования
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required;
- Language skills Fluency in Azerbaijani, English and Russian;
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on team development;
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset;
- Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and reporting;
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed;
