O работе

  • Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and maintenance of facilities and equipment;
  • Train, and supervise a diverse team of employees. Foster a positive work environment and ensure high levels of employee engagement and performance;
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service standards. Address and resolve customer concerns and feedback promptly;
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions;
  • Oversee cash handling processes, including daily reconciliations, and maintaining accurate records. Ensure compliance with cash management policies and procedures to mitigate risks;
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste;
  • Contribute to the development of long-term operational strategies and goals in alignment with the company’s vision and objectives;

Требования

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required;
  • Language skills Fluency in  Azerbaijani, English and Russian;
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on team development;
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset;
  • Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and reporting;
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed;
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards;
