O работе

  • Supervise and coordinate ongoing engineering projects, ensuring projects are   completed on time, within scope, and within budget;
  • Work closely with project managers and engineering teams to ensure smooth project  delivery;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations;
  • Ensure that service delivery meets or exceeds client requirements and satisfaction;
  • Address client concerns or escalations in a timely and professional manner;
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling;
  • Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of resources;
  • Implement effective scheduling and planning strategies to maximize efficiency;
  • Contract 1 year;
  • Salary – Negotiable;
  • Transport and lunch provided by the company;
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00, 5-day working week;
  • The place of work is located at 22 km of the Salyan highway, Baku.

Требования

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (advanced degree preferred);
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a similar operations management role in a service company;
  • Strong knowledge of service operations and industry best practices;
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills;
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
  • Demonstrated ability to improve operational efficiency and drive results;
  • Solid understanding of quality assurance and continuous improvement methodologies;
  • Proficient in analyzing data, interpreting metrics, and making data-driven decisions;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities;
  • Proficient in using technology and software relevant to operations management;
