Daily import and export business fulfillment management (Shipping document preparation, review, tariff check, payment application creation, preliminary review of customs declaration fees, and license processing, subsidiary qualification management, tax treatment, etc.);
Communicate with the contact person of the customs daily business and resolve exceptions during customs clearance;
Be responsible for building the customs business environment to ensure that Huawei's requirements are responded to by the customs;
Obtain the customs policy dynamics, analyze the customs application-level policies, and effectively apply them in scenario-based solution design;
Effectively manage customs risks, lead major customs audits, participate in E2E document preparation for customs audit and inspection;
Plan import and export customs clearance ports based on the supply network and logistics path to ensure the continuity and resilience of import and export business;
Collaborate with upstream and downstream departments to coordinate and resolve daily fulfillment business issues;
Be responsible for the daily management and performance evaluation of customs clearance agents;
Provide training on customs clearance basic knowledge and invoice preparation skills for customs clearance engineers in various countries base on product configuration.

3+years’ experience in customs field; Familiar with international trade, Transportation, Warehouse and Imp & Exp customs clearance business;
Familiar with Eurasia countries customs policy, HS code definition, import and export customs clearance processes and operation, customs compliance;
Good at studying different countries customs policies;
Available for business trips;
Familiar with classification on communication product like Huawei;
Have strong market insight and analysis capabilities, be able to identify business risks in a timely manner, and proactively prevent;
Have good communication and coordination skills, negotiation skills and interpersonal understanding skills; Teamwork skills;
Fluency in English and Russian languages (both verbal and written);
Knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and Customs Tariff Classification;
Good knowledge Microsoft Office.
