O работе

  • Drive multi-channel digital marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention;
  • Plan, implement, and optimize SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic;
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content optimization to enhance online visibility and lead generation;
  • Manage and enhance website performance by implementing CRO strategies, speed optimizations, and UX improvements;
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, including content marketing, email marketing, paid search (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), and social media advertising;
  • Analyze key performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize marketing efforts and maximize ROI;
  • Collaborate with the design, product, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and marketing effectiveness;
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and SEO trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Требования

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Additional digital marketing certifications are a plus;
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing with a strong focus on SEO and lead generation;
  • In-depth knowledge of the fintech landscape, target audience, and competitive environment;
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog;
  • Proficiency in managing necessary advertisement platforms, and other B2B-focused paid media campaigns;
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics (GA4), data visualization tools, and marketing performance tracking;
  • Ability to create engaging, SEO-friendly content and collaborate with content teams for effective marketing strategies;
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
