Address letters from the Antimonopoly Department and consumer protection organizations, ensuring compliance with their requests;
Obtain confirmation and notarization of legal documents and other necessary papers;
Prepare and submit applications to the State Migration Service and other relevant agencies, including document collection and delivery;
Oversee the translation of legal documents and contracts as needed;
Apply to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the legalization and apostille of legal documents and contracts;
Provide regular updates and reports to the department director and unit head;

Bachelor’s degree in Law is required; a Master’s degree in Law is a plus;
Ability to understand and apply laws and normative-legal acts effectively;
Knowledge of labor protection norms, safety equipment standards, industrial sanitation, and fire protection regulations;
Fluency in Azerbaijani, with strong proficiency in Russian and English;
A minimum of 2 years of legal experience, demonstrating a solid background in handling legal matters;
Ability to effectively carry out instructions and procedures relevant to the position;
