O работе

  • Distributor Management: Oversee and guide the distributor's sales execution to ensure alignment with company objectives;
  • Monitor and evaluate distributor performance, including sales volume, market share, and compliance with promotional plans;
  • Develop and implement action plans to address any gaps or challenges in distributor performance;
  • Sales Execution: Ensure distributors are executing planned trade marketing activities, promotions, and placements effectively;
  • Conduct regular market visits to assess the execution of sales and marketing initiatives;
  • Ensure products are available in all agreed outlets with proper stock rotation and display;
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and stakeholders;
  • Collaborate with distributors to forecast and manage inventory needs to prevent stock shortages or overages;
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales data and market trends to provide actionable insights for improvement;
  • Prepare detailed reports on distributor performance, sales targets, and market conditions;
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure distributor alignment with overall company goals;
  • Participate in planning and execution of sales strategies and promotional campaigns;

Требования

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
  • Experience: Proven experience (2+ years) in sales, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry;
  • Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills;
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data;
  • Leadership and team collaboration capabilities;
  • Proficiency in MS Office;
  • Language Skills: English speaking skills is preferred;
  • Other: A proactive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment;
  • Condidate should have a personal car.
