- Updates manager by consolidating, analyzing and directing daily activity summaries;
- Communicating with potential and existing customers or other persons in a courteous and friendly manner when answering the phone and taking messages;
- Build strong, positive customer relationships by providing information on orders, answering questions about products, checking issues, and demonstrating a high level of customer service skills at all times;
- Work with manager on go-to-market strategies to achieve assigned revenue and profitability targets for cyber security related services;
- Responsible for managing the cyber security portfolio;
- Collaborate with technical managers to identify new opportunities, markets, partnerships or business alliances to reach target customers for new services, with a focus on growing the customer base;
- Manage end-to-end sales for assigned portfolio, support quote generation and see sales through to closing;
- Build and maximize relationships with customers and partners by providing a high level of service orientation;
- Establish, strengthen and optimize relationships with customers, prospects, associations, public institutions and partners;
- Perform other relevant duties and tasks as assigned.
Требования
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience;
- Computer skills: Basic computer skills including spreadsheets, data programs and PowerPoint;
- Ability to organize, prioritize, multi-task, be flexible and meet deadlines;
- Work well with others and be a team player;
- Basic sales, presentation and negotiation skills;
- Goal-oriented personality;
- Communication, report writing, presentation and analytical skills;
- Skilled, fast learner with strong interpersonal skills.
