O работе
- Assist in identifying potential suppliers and vendors;
- Gather quotations and ensure competitive pricing for all procurement needs;
- Maintain an up-to-date vendor database;
- Communicate with vendors to gather product specifications, availability, and delivery schedules;
- Support the creation and issuance of purchase orders (POs) in line with business requirements;
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of POs in the system;
- Track and monitor order status to ensure on-time deliveries schedules;
- Assist in the preparation and review of procurement contracts and agreements;
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, guidelines, and regulations;
- Maintain organized records of procurement activities, contracts, and vendor documentation;
- Support inventory tracking and stock replenishment processes;
- Assist in the coordination of stock audits and inventory reconciliation.
Требования
- Excellent negotiation, customer service and consulting skills;
- Minimum 1 year working experience in a clerical setting or in purchasing;
- Strong market knowledge and experience in working across various functions, businesses and regions;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
- Skills in mathematics, finance or accounting;
- Good understanding and professional experience with Purchasing Contracts;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, Good speaking and writing ability in Russian.
