- Adopt and demonstrate an exemplary behaviour with regard to HSE, ensure compliance with CPY HSE rules and practices;
- Report any incidents and unsafe conditions that can occur during the operations and take appropriate measures;
- Ensure clear understanding and familiarization with JOCAP Company Management System and Control of Work practices;
- Conducting Toolbox talks (TBT), Opening of the Permit to Work (PTW) as operating authority delegate on site;
- Monitor equipment functioning, observes temperature, level and flow gauges, and performs regular unit checks to ensure that all equipment is operating as it should;
- Controlling operation of the various plant equipment;
- Starting and shutting down plant equipment as per operational requirements;
- Preparation and execution of planned/unplanned shutdowns and campaigns;
- Recording, reviewing, and compiling operations records, test results and gauge readings such as temperatures, pressures, concentrations, and flows;
- Insurance of management and reporting of Isolations (Process, Mechanical, Electrical), Downgraded Situation, Locked;
- Valve Register, Leek &Seep Register etc;
- Participating in Incident Investigation and Reporting Processes, such as Cause Tree Analysis;
- Clean, maintain, and repair equipment, using hand tools, or request that repair and maintenance work be performed;
- Operating mobile equipment and hand tools as required in a safe and efficient manner;
- Actively participating in shift handovers and ensuring all reporting requirements have been completed;
- Gaining competence and knowledge in operating procedures, safety systems and environmental requirements;
- Perform with other technical personnel to develop proactive and effective team working together to attain set objectives;
- Supervising and supporting loading / unloading chemicals activities;
- The jobholder ensures good relationships with the offshore team, Onshore SMART Room and Azneft teams in the Oil Rocks;
- The jobholder is accountable for demonstrating an exemplary behaviour with regard to HSSE rules & requirements, with regards to the Company Ethics and “Code of Conduct” policy and for implementing and controlling these rules and requirements within his area of responsibility;
- Adopt and demonstrate an exemplary behaviour with regard to HSE, to implement HSE rules;
- Ensure Operation activities in line with Operation philosophy, standards and procedures for the EPS facilities;
- Ensure the operation procedures are up to date. Propose revision/improvement when necessary;
- Use CMIMS to notify maintenance team for PM & CM scheduling, spare part request and stock management modification when needed;
- Responsible as operating authority delegate to issue the permit to work on EPS Platform;
- Ensures that the transfer of knowledge by mentoring occurs properly within Operation team;
- Participate in toolbox talk prior starting any job and inform about the potential co-activity;
- Ensures co-ordination between Maintenance, Operations and Support team;
- Maintains a permanent anticipation on the potential problems that could occur in the production plant, in close relationship with Production, in order to prevent non-productive or non-efficient operations.
Требования
- Level / Diploma: Bachelor’s degree in engineering;
- Professional experience: more than 5 years of experience in similar positions within oil & gas companies;
- Process and Instrumentation Diagram, Emergency Shutdown System;
- Operations of Oil and Gas process facilities;
- Sound knowledge of process technologies and equipment;
- Operations of chemicals activities;
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems;
- Practical ability to operate mobile equipment;
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Fluent in English and Azeri;
- Electronic Permit to Work (ePTW);
- BOSIET, STCW95;
- Ability to drive company-owned mechanical transmission car.
