- Registering incoming inquiries;
- Search and compare vendors by required services;
- Negotiating with vendors on price and transportation terms;
- Coordinate transportation projects;
- Establish and maintain vendor databases;
- Ensure proper documentation availability;
- Mon-Fri / 19:00-04:00.
Требования
- Higher Education;
- Relevant work experience – minimum 1 year;
- Self-motivated, Self-development, self-education;
- Attentiveness, diligence, responsibility, discipline;
- Good communications and negotiation skills;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload;
- Verbal and written communications skills;
- Strong knowledge (speaking, reading, writing) of English language – certified IELTS 6.5 or higher;
- Computer skills – Microsoft Office proficiency;
- Business writing, negotiating, reporting and documentation skills;
