O работе

To actively support colleagues and team members in BaU operations;
To proactive predict and elimination of faults;
To maintain, monitor, and manage the hardware, software, and access layer network infrastructure that provide these enterprise services;
To be responsible for the integrity of the access layer network infrastructure;
To provide support for Azerconnect IT Infrastructure;
To escalate and notify about unplanned incidents or faults happened;
To perform workarounds or permanent fixes in accordance of Service Management practices;
To fully comply with Azerconnect IT Policies;
To follow IT Security Policies and Guidelines;
To fully comply with the Change Management Guideline of Azerconnect;
To be partner with project teams and technical groups to identify and define technical requirements;
To create detailed documentation and diagrams of network infrastructure design and implementation;
To respond to high priority and escalated trouble tickets and communicate status and resolution to management and customers;
To conduct audits and implement solutions to ensure proper security of network;
To be responsible for first and second level issue resolution to systems, applications, network, physical security and infrastructure;
To create, track and update Trouble Tickets, Standard Operating Procedures, Security Events;
Other duties as requested;
To carry out other tasks related to the position assigned by management;
To respect and follow internal regulations and procedures;
To fully comply with all administrative requirements of Azerconnect.

Требования

University degree in technical area or Information Technology;
ITIL Foundation certification as a plus;
Cisco certifications as a plus;
Understanding of available and emerging IT technologies;
Understanding of how IT technology supports the Enterprise and the Business Segments;
Work experience in Information Technologies area is a plus;
Microsoft Windows or any Linux desktop OS;
MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, Project);
Excellent level Azerbaijani and English languages;
IT Security Foundation as a plus;
Knowledge of key protocols such as TCP, IP, UDP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, SNMP, HSRP, STP, VTP, CDP, routing and switching etc;
Understanding of the OSI networking model and networking topologies;
Knowledge of the route-switch based environments, WLAN/LAN;
MS Windows operating systems family as a plus;
Unix or Linux systems as a plus.
