• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 3 years of full-time study);
• TEFL/TESOL certification, EFL/ESOL studies, or a degree in Education with an English language focus;
• All qualifications must be validated by a reputable institution;
• At least 3 years of full-time TEFL teaching experience, primarily with adult learners (16+);
• For certificate-level TEFL qualifications, 1 year of experience must be post-certification;
• Accuracy, professionalism, confidentiality, cultural sensitivity, and effective communication.
