O работе

  • Manage the recruitment, promotion, business trips, leave, and termination processes in line with labor laws, internal regulations, and CEO directives;
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of required documentation for new hires and employee changes;
  • Organize and maintain employee personal files and ensure their safekeeping;
  • Oversee the proper tracking and accounting of employee leave;
  • Input and manage all HR-related data in the 1C ERP system, particularly in the HR module;
  • Archive and organize completed or expired orders, HR-related documents, and personal files of terminated employees;
  • Reconcile employee attendance data with system records, investigate discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution;
  • Prepare regular reports on HR operations and present them to senior management.

Требования

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • At least 5 years of experience in the HR field, 2 years of managerial role will be highly preferred;
  • Fluent in Azerbaijani, with intermediate proficiency in Russian and English;
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.);
  • Experience with the 1C ERP system is an advantage;
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and accountability;
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
