Manage and oversee all HR functions for the project;
Lead the recruitment and selection process for project staff across various roles;
Ensure smooth communication between management and project teams;
Address employee relations issues and maintain a productive work environment;
Oversee employee performance, conduct appraisals, and support professional development;
Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and company policies;
Coordinate employee training and development programs to meet project needs;
To calculate payroll for project employees;
To be ready for business trips to the Gobustan and Khizi areas;
To work according to the project's and client's policies and demands;
To address all HR-related issues during the audit;
Also, provide support with international recruitment, sourcing employees from the global market, and, if necessary, conduct headhunting;
Possess a large network of connections and be an expert user of LinkedIn;
Additionally, have strong networking skills and knowledge of other recruitment tools.

Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in construction or related industries;
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance standards;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
Advanced English is mandatory;
At least 10 years of experience in HR is required;
Previous experience in large-scale construction projects is highly desirable;
