- Manage and oversee all HR functions for the project;
- Lead the recruitment and selection process for project staff across various roles;
- Ensure smooth communication between management and project teams;
- Address employee relations issues and maintain a productive work environment;
- Oversee employee performance, conduct appraisals, and support professional development;
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and company policies;
- Coordinate employee training and development programs to meet project needs;
- To calculate payroll for project employees;
- To be ready for business trips to the Gobustan and Khizi areas;
- To work according to the project's and client's policies and demands;
- To address all HR-related issues during the audit;
- Also, provide support with international recruitment, sourcing employees from the global market, and, if necessary, conduct headhunting;
- Possess a large network of connections and be an expert user of LinkedIn;
- Additionally, have strong networking skills and knowledge of other recruitment tools.
Требования
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in construction or related industries;
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance standards;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Advanced English is mandatory;
- At least 10 years of experience in HR is required;
- Previous experience in large-scale construction projects is highly desirable;
