O работе

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations;
  • Prepare or update employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and termination;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records;
  • Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate payroll processing;
  • Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality;
  • Generate reports and analytics to support HR decision-making;
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations based on Labor Code of Azerbaijan;

Требования

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in HR Operations or a similar role;
  • In-depth knowledge of Azerbaijani labor laws and HR best practices;
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills;
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities;
  • Excellent written and spoken Azerbaijani, good command of English;
  • Intermediate MS Office knowledge.
