- Oversee and manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations;
- Prepare or update employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and termination;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records;
- Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate payroll processing;
- Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality;
- Generate reports and analytics to support HR decision-making;
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations based on Labor Code of Azerbaijan;

Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in HR Operations or a similar role;
- In-depth knowledge of Azerbaijani labor laws and HR best practices;
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills;
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Excellent written and spoken Azerbaijani, good command of English;
- Intermediate MS Office knowledge.
