- Manage voluntary medical insurance plans and corporate phone numbers for employees;
- Coordinate additional employee benefits, such as Deyerlisen program and staff discounts;
- Plan and execute company events, including team-building activities, and other employee engagement initiatives;
- Maintain and update accurate employee records, including structure, contact details, emails, grades, and other relevant information;
- Maintain clear and effective communication with team members to ensure smooth HR operations;
- Provide support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries and processes;
- Assist with a variety of HR tasks as needed and follow instructions from the Line Manager to ensure compliance and efficiency.

- Work Hours: 09:00 - 18:00, Monday to Friday;
