  • We are seeking a Garage Supervisor to manage operations and maintenance of mobile machinery and service vehicles. The role involves planning workloads, monitoring performance, and implementing maintenance plans.
  • Candidates should have an engineering background and experience in machinery maintenance. Key responsibilities include preparing reports, managing inventory, conducting risk assessments, and identifying training needs.
  • Plan and delegate daily/weekly workload to garage staff, monitoring job completion and resource needs;
  • Prepare and execute a machinery maintenance plan for upcoming operations;
  • Implement and monitor job cards for garage staff to ensure productivity;
  • Manage mobile machinery and vehicle parts inventory;
  • Communicate with suppliers for support requests and follow-ups;
  • Monitor machinery performance and maintenance using software tools;
  • Identify alternative solutions to ensure compliance with company guidelines;
  • Prepare post-harvest machinery reports, highlighting issues and required parts/services;
  • Record maintenance activities in both paper and electronic formats;
  • Provide weekly reports on non-operational machinery and vehicles;
  • Assess team strengths and weaknesses, addressing them appropriately;
  • Identify training needs for the garage team to optimize performance;
  • Maintain a clean and serviceable fleet of vehicles with appropriate tooling;
  • Ensure a safe working environment through regular risk assessments;
  • Train and support workshop staff in basic computer skills.

Требования

  • Education: Engineering degree in a relevant field;
  • Experience: 2 years in a similar role or 5 years as a garage/mobile technician;
  • Languages: Azeri mandatory, proficiency in English;
  • Knowledge & Skills: Strong understanding of mobile technology and operational software; problem-solving abilities in challenging situations;
  • Proficiency in general business software, with strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
