O работе

  • Establish accounting and finance policies, plan, organize, and execute financial tasks and projects;
  • Complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecast;
  • Manage audits and tax preparations;
  • Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting and reporting;
  • Strategize on fund procurement through banks and other financial institutions;
  • Provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance;
  • Manage and monitor metrics, KPI tracking and reports;
  • Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations for cost-saving initiatives;
  • Evaluate the financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investments;
  • Understand and calculate the risks involved in the financial activities of the organization;
  • Oversee the operations and development of the company’s finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures;
  • In accordance with the Labour Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
  • The company daily provides free service transportations from/to different locations (such as, Koroglu m/s, Bakikhanov, Amirdjan, Mardakan, Bina, Surakhani and so on);
  • Free parking for ones who uses personal cars;
  • Job Location: Baku, Heydar Aliyev International Airport area, separate modern building;
  • Work Schedule: Full-time (5 days per week, from 9:00 to 18:00).

Требования

  • MBA degree in finance/accounting;
  • Having experience in production company and ERP implementation is an advantage;
  • Good knowledge of international financial reporting standards;
  • Professional certification – ACCA, CFA or CIMA;
  • Min. 10 years of work experience in finance, min. 5 years as manager role;
  • Thorough understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards;
  • Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills;
  • Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Excellent report-writing and communication skills;
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systmes and other financial planning software;
