- Establish accounting and finance policies, plan, organize, and execute financial tasks and projects;
- Complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecast;
- Manage audits and tax preparations;
- Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting and reporting;
- Strategize on fund procurement through banks and other financial institutions;
- Provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance;
- Manage and monitor metrics, KPI tracking and reports;
- Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations for cost-saving initiatives;
- Evaluate the financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investments;
- Understand and calculate the risks involved in the financial activities of the organization;
- Oversee the operations and development of the company’s finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures;
- In accordance with the Labour Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
- The company daily provides free service transportations from/to different locations (such as, Koroglu m/s, Bakikhanov, Amirdjan, Mardakan, Bina, Surakhani and so on);
- Free parking for ones who uses personal cars;
- Job Location: Baku, Heydar Aliyev International Airport area, separate modern building;
- Work Schedule: Full-time (5 days per week, from 9:00 to 18:00).
Требования
- MBA degree in finance/accounting;
- Having experience in production company and ERP implementation is an advantage;
- Good knowledge of international financial reporting standards;
- Professional certification – ACCA, CFA or CIMA;
- Min. 10 years of work experience in finance, min. 5 years as manager role;
- Thorough understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards;
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills;
- Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Excellent report-writing and communication skills;
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systmes and other financial planning software;
