O работе

  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for logistics costs, ensuring alignment with business objectives;
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with logistics team to optimize cost structures and improve financial performance;
  • Cost Control & Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities;
  • KPI Monitoring: Develop and track key logistics performance indicators (e.g., cost per order, delivery efficiency, utilization, etc.);
  • Investment Analysis: Evaluate and support decision-making on logistics infrastructure investments, such as new fulfillment centers or automation projects;
  • Pricing & Contracts: Work with procurement to assess third-party logistics contracts, negotiate better rates, and ensure cost-effectiveness;
  • Scenario Modeling: Perform scenario analysis to assess the financial impact of logistics network changes and operational improvements;
  • Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management and shareholders;
  • Process Improvement: Drive automation and digitalization in logistics financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency;

Требования

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or related fields. MBA / CFA is a plus;
  • Experience: 2-5 years in FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, or similar roles, preferably within deal advisory, consulting, eCommerce, logistics, or retail;
  • Analytical Skills: strong financial modeling, cost analysis, and problem-solving abilities;
  • Business Acumen: understanding of logistics cost drivers and operational KPIs;
  • Tech Skills: proficiency in Excel, PPT. Miro, Notion, Power BI, SQL, and ERP systems would be a strong plus;
  • Communication: Excellent ability to present financial insights to non-financial stakeholders;
  • Language Skills: Upper-intermediate or better English; Russian is a plus.
