Develop and execute a comprehensive digital and social media strategy aligned with the company’s goals;
Create, curate, and publish high-quality, engaging content across all relevant social media platforms;
Monitor digital and social media performance metrics using analytics tools and provide regular performance reports;
Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly;
Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital and social media campaigns with broader marketing objectives;
Stay updated on emerging digital and social media trends, tools, and best practices;
Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance optimization;
Monitor competitors’ digital and social media activities and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement;
Handle crisis management and escalate any sensitive issues to appropriate stakeholders;
Create and publish blog posts on the company's website and app and ensure content is optimized for search engines to increase organic traffic and Manage paid search campaigns (PPC) and optimize them for maximum ROI.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role;
Excellent understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn, TikTok, website and app) and solid understanding of SEO, SEM, SMM;
Strong content creation skills, including writing, graphic design, and video editing;
Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social;
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to travel domestically and internationally;
Fluency in Azerbaijani and English, Russian (will be an advantage).
