- Assist Production Head in overseeing factory production processes and ensuring quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of production targets.
- Monitor production metrics and report on performance to senior management.
- Support the development and execution of strategic plans within the factory department.
- Participate in problem-solving initiatives to address operational challenges.
- Assist in the management of staff, including training and development.
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical, textile engineering, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in textile manufacturing or a similar industry.
- Understanding of industrial engineering principles and their application in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
