Collaborate with business analysts and developers to produce software requirements;
Formulate program specifications and basic prototypes;
Integrate individual software solutions;
Work with team members to find creative, innovative solutions to problems;
Design, build and test functional applications to meet business needs;
Apply programming principles for routine tasks;
To integrate new technologies and upgrade automation processes according existing network.

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Compute Programming or in Telecommunication area;
Knowledge of programming, database ant its stuructures, Telecom skills - GSM, UMTS, LTE and new technologies;
+3 years of proven experience as a programmer or relevant role;
Azerbaijan, English, Russian;
MS SQL Server, MS Windows, Oracle, Linux, Python, Teoco Asset, Huawei U2020, Nokia NetAct, Nokia Plan Editor, Forsk Atoll, MapInfo, MS Office;
Problem solving skills;
Good communication skills.
