- Conduct comprehensive market research, including surveys, online research, customer outreach, and competitor analysis;
- Address all product-related inquiries promptly and professionally;
- Collaborate with business and engineering teams to align product strategies;
- Attend industry workshops and sales/marketing refresher courses;
- Plan and support new product launches and promotional events;
- Perform product demonstrations for customers, staff, and stakeholders;
- Assist in the development of business plans and strategic initiatives;
- Organize and conduct training sessions and attend relevant meetings;
- Identify new market opportunities and communicate findings to management and stakeholders;
- Provide product recommendations and suggestions to drive sales and revenue growth;
- Analyze market trends and competitive pricing to support decision-making;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams;
- Resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional support;
- Location: Baku.
Требования
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration (specialized in Sales & Marketing);
- Minimum of 3 years of experience preferably within FMCG sector;
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong data-entry skills and attention to detail;
- Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills;
- Able to prioritize work, delegate, and meet deadlines;
- Positive "can do" attitude with a passion for customer service;
- Collaborative worker and teambuilding ability;
- Fluency in written and oral Azerbaijani, a n d English. Proficiency in Turkish and Russian ispreferred;
- Computer skills-user level(MS Office usage);
- Ability to travel on occasion;
- Local candidates are strongly preferred.
