- Drafting contracts and other documents of legal nature;
- Advising on legal matters, drawing up of legal briefs and opinions;
- Representing clients before the third parties.
Требования
- University degree in law (LLM from reputable foreign university is an advantage);
- At least 3 years work experience in commercial and corporate fields of law;
- Language requirements: fluent written and verbal Azerbaijani and English;
- MS Office skills;
