O работе

Development of Concept, Permit and Detailed Design Projects, its elements and details;
Responsible for the content and precision of the Design, project diagrams and calculations;
Preparation of Quantities schedule, Material selection, Design supporting documents;
Assistance in Design Coordination, Communication with other disciplines / outsource associates;
Project Visualisation and preparation of Design Presentation.

Bachelor or Master degree from Architectural Faculty;
5+ years of post-diploma professional experience in design project development;
Previous experience in Concept, Permit and Detailed Design Projects is a must;
Previous experience in Design Studio/company is absolutely necessary, Site experience is a plus;
Previous experience in Project Design Management and Design coordination;
Proficiency in Revit is a must, with minimum 3 years of active design development with this software;
Proficiency in MS Office suite, Auto CAD, Adobe CS, Postproduction and Rendering software;
Proficiency in English language, knowledge of Russian language is a plus;
Application must include CV and Project reference list, Portfolio with previous works (15MB in total);
REVIT skills will be checked, but REVIT certificates are a plus;
Knowledge of professional standards and codes is a must, Professional Licences is a plus;
Responsible and well-organized person, team player oriented, with problem solver attitude;
Analytic and proactive approach to work, dedication and persistence are preferred;
Capable to verbally provide advice, assistance to its superiors, Reports to Design Manager directly.
