O работе

To register ,resolve and provide information on incoming requests
To execute of necessary actions for investigation and resolution in time
To prepare relevant reports
To provide services through sales support in accordance with internal procedures rules and regulations
To provide service through Dealer Support line based on fixed internal procedures and rules
To take relevant actions for periodic development and improvement of processes;
To enter a newly signed contract into the system (checking all sections that require a signature and seal)
To prepare daily reports
To archive performed operations
To assign accurate and timely execution of tasks by management


University Degree or Vocational school/secondary school
At least one-year work experience in sales and customer services in relevant sphere
Communication skills
Customer focus
Result oriented
Teamwork and collaboration skills
Knowledge of MS Office programs
Knowledge of Azerbaijani (fluent), Russian and English (İntermediate) languages
Ability to work with Big Data
