Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Responding to all Room Reservation, Transportation Arrangement and Destination Information inquiries promptly and professionally via telephone, E-mail and/or fax
Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, and day trips
Ensure all guest’s requests are properly and accurately communicated to partners: i.e. reservation requests, confirmations etc.
Enter data into software and maintain client files
Maintain statistical and financial records
All other related duties as assigned


Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications and relevant computer applications required
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Highly responsible & reliable
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
Strong team player who can work independently in a fast-paced environment
